Pros: "The flight was very calm. The crew was friendly all the time."

Cons: "They didn’t turn on AC until we landed in Lima, during bording they were hurrying people to get on their seats fast"
Cons: "Copa is trash . Doesn’t accolade passengers with hotels . They except people to wait in the airport for 14 hrs lay over when it’s their fault ! Straight trash . Poor 79 year old lady had to stay at the airport cause her family was 4 hours away ! Trash trash"
Pros: "Nothing. This airline is awful in every way imaginable."
Cons: "We booked tickets to Costa Rica with Copa and they just changed our flights to two days later than the booking. They didn’t even bother to inform us of the change we only found out because we booked through Kayak and they let us know. Apparently Copa expects you to frequently check your booking just in case they’ve changed anything and don’t feel the need to inform their customers of any changes they make. Then we were told we could get a Copa voucher to use for other Copa flights for having to cancel our booking and rebook with another airline as a 48 hour change to our flight made flying with Copa not doable for us. But the website kept telling us we had a voucher that was sent to our email but despite repeated attempts it never came through. And spent hours trying to get through to someone on the phone to sort it out with no success ever getting through. My advice. NEVER EVER FLY WITH COPA."

Cons: "This is a business class that is equivalent to a US carrier domestic first class. Good seats, not lay flat but wide on my 737-800. The food and service emulated say American Airlines Domestic 1C as well. Everything was just good enough, and much cheaper that international business on the majors."
Cons: "This flight didn’t appear in AeroMexico’s system. We had to get our boarding passes in Mexico city, but our original departure was from YUL."
Cons: "Some passengers bring two or more big carry ons and the airline should police its own rules better."
Pros: "Crew was great. Seat not super comfortable, worn out support. Entertainment very limited for five hour flight. One movie option playing on shared screens. A kid movie."

I was shocked flying to El Salvador that they only give you water. Everything else you have to pay for. There is no wifi or entertainment and it’s an international flight. At least back in the day they had tvs on the plane and everyone watched the same movie. Also seats do not recline, even comfort or plus.

The personal at the front desk in Manaos was awesome, I have never experience anything like that before, the person who attended me deserves to have a promotion I still remember him, very educated, kind but overall he could put himself on your position

Avianca flights to Galapagos and back and well organized and on time.

Awful. I checked in online and there was no option to pay for baggage, at the airport when I checked in my baggage was received and Iwas not charged. When I got to LA during the boarding process I was told I didn't pay for baggage, the crew resolved I was let in the plane. When I got to my final destination my baggage was not there. It took me two days to receive my baggage. Bad service ever!

I flew with my service dog unfortunately they didn’t allow it to flight on the canine, but ok, the only problem was that when I arrived to Quito it took 1 hour to deliver my dog, they were supposed to deliver it the moment we get off the airplane.

Flight attendants to show up on time, offer drinks and food.

Flight departure late. Got late in Colombia making us take a different flight next day. Avianca airport crew messed up my ticket so when a I got in Brazil I didn’t have a ticket for my destination. Had to buy a new ticket out of my pocket.

They charge me $190.00 dollars for the baggage for the bag in side the plane and in the baggage compartment in the plane. The service I got bad bad bad they make wait for a log time and i got to the airport 4 hours before. I don't think I'm going to use you guys never never again no support . And I am going to tell all the guys and people i now to don' use KAYAK

Wasn’t able to take the trip and no one could help me with a refund or rescheduling

Avianca was organized in boarding and disembarking and all announcements were made in both Spanish and English 👍🏼
