Too many oversized carryon baggage. If carrier reduced checked luggage fee this could be avoided. The staff were friendly and helpful, very professional.
Nice smooth flight with pleasant stewards. Slept most of the flight, they could have slowly turned on the lights to make it more pleasant. Otherwise a good trip.
food worker strike caused lack of service. I know, not your fault but a bit of a inconvenience.
Boarding, staff and flight great. A bit disappointed with no in flight online entertainment but I'll live. Landing was a bit of a jolt (more than usual) but hey everything else was smooth. LoL
The staff on the WestJet flight were friendly and helpful. The flight was smooth and we arrived 30 minutes ahead of time.
All as expected. Flight on time and journey was uneventful
The on time performance and the ease of boarding are great. The crew were cordial. During landing the pilot made a hard landing with some swerve that was a bit rough but other than that everything else is as smooth as it can be.
Standard flight experience, but there is only power at the seat to row 20 on the aircraft, on my initial check in it did not say that was the case
Boarding was terrible. My wife uses a wheel chair and she was in an incredibly hot closed metal cargo box for close to 20 minutes before getting on board
I feel like they have upgraded the app since I last flew United and I found it to be super helpful. I had stopped flying United unless absolutely necessary and my experience on this trip indicates they have been working hard to improve their services.
The ride was good but no food ot entertainment hence, it was just over an hour flight.
Hated every minute of it. This flight should have only taken 1.5hrs but was delayed over 10hours. Now I am being told I cannot be compensated or refunded my ticket price or extra leg room, which I purchased but did not receive, because the airline is throwing the blame on the 3rd party I purchased tickets through and 3rd party putting the blame on airline. No one wants to help. They received their money and that's all they care about. Im going on 3 days of still trying to get to my final destination, had to cancel car rental, car insurance and hotel. Currently staying in airport until hotels open up. Thank you Lufthansa, Kayak, Underpricer and United for making this trip the worst ever.
Leg room was lacking. Legs crammed into seat in front.
Aircraft has better leg room than any of United's larger planes. We had requested mobility assistance for this and related flights. United's response to all was superb.
No snacks served! Seating in the kast row in uncomfortable.
Flight was fine, it was delayed but only 30 minutes, staff were efficient, lady making announcements at LAX was really hard to understand but the rest were great.
The male air hostess was rude and didn’t even offer me a drink. Poor customer service!
Left from gate 30 minutes before flight. Never been late to a flight ever. It says 15 minutes before explicitly on the ticket.
My previous flight was late and did not connect properly. The gate was closed and I missed this flight.
The boarding experience was chaotic. I was group 2. Immediately after calling group 2 they immediately called groups 3 & 4. There was no benefit to being group 2 as I was boarding after people in group 4.
For an over three hour long flight one pack of cookies was not enough.
It was only a 50-minute flight from CLT to SAV. I could not get wifi in CRJ 900 plane,

My check in experience was horrible. When checking in online, my husband got a boarding pass, I did not. We were not able to check our bags online. I also did not get TSA pre check which I have.
The wifi didn’t work and there was limited food to buy
I rarely vote ‘Excellent’ but this AA flight out of LGA was amazing. On time departure, early arrival, amazing crew, smooth flight, baggage came out quickly. It was the best airport/ flight experience that anyone could ask for/dream of. Highly recommend. I usually fly Delta but American Airlines really stepped up their game.
We were an hour delayed. When we arrived at LAX we La fed I. The international terminal which was about a twenty minute walk to the baggage claim. I was walking with a few passengers and we couldn’t believe what we had to go through to retrieve our bags. With the delay and the long walk to baggage claim I ended up being late for work.
Delayed leaving. On arrival we were taken to the airstrip and had to get off onto an over crowed bus, not all that passengers fit. Drove around the airport for 20 + minutes. Taken off the bus told to go upstairs 3 flights then all the passengers had to walk a mile or more , those of us old there was no one to direct us to were to go. I asked several people with no answers. Once I got to baggage claim my bags were not on the right bag claim. Once again asked for help and finally someone found my bags on a different carasel. Very frustrating.
Excellent host on board. Not so friendly check-in staff. Older plane with no food or entertainment due to short flight. Friendly captain and crew.
I don’t think there was entertainment? No mention of it. It was a good flight. Only complaint was my seat cushion was not attached and kept slipping.
Terrible 3-4-3 seat configuration, I thankfully was able to choose a seat at the back where it narrowed to 2-4-2 for some relief though seats were still narrow. Staff did not manage the boarding lines at all either, was total chaos.
LATE AGAIN. Seems like each time I use Air Canada there are delays ... extra 2 hours this time, making for a 22-hr day for me!!! The gate people did not seem to know what they were doing with loading people, unloading, checking carry-ons, letting some go ... very unorganized from Toronto to Detroit! Would have been faster to drive
The staff were on the last leg. But they were still very accommodating and polite. They were all very helpful with getting the bags up and getting people to their seats.
We were delayed by rain while we were on the tarmac. The crew came around and offered everyone water while we waiting 45 min in the plane.
Flight from Lisbon to Toronto was smooth, and we arrived early! Flight from Toronto to Denver was delayed about 40 minutes. We didn’t hear about the delay until after we had boarded the plane. The delay could have been handled better.
The seats were comfortable. However, be prepared to provide your own food (snacks) and drink. We had a 3.5 hr flight, one service was provided, a 4 ounce beverage. Saw flight crew for beverage service and trash pick up. Unless you purchase a meal or snack, nothing is provided. I am fine with bringing my own, but was accustomed to snack and beverage provided regardless of the duration of the flight. And note… typically a full size drink option on longer flights.
Air Canada cancelled my prepaid/prebooked seat selection and changed my seats without any options.
