C$ 423 Find cheap flights from Halifax to Berlin

I missed my connecting flight due to long lines at security and immigration. Need improvements

Food quality is deteriorating each time, last year was very good. I avoid the plane food lately.

Been flying on various airlines, all over the world, for 50+ years. The food on Brussels Air was easily the worst I ever endured.

I felt the overall quality of the plane and food service was less than that of their partner airlines, United. An example was wine was served in paper cups in premium economy class. There was no real silverware, napkins or a welcome kit other than a pillow and blanket.

Boarding time was a bit slow causing the flight to not leave right at 5 pm,but other than that it was fine.

I like the frequent mails we get when there is an update. Please keep it up

I have traveled to probably over a hundred locations worldwide, but had only one mixup of airport in Shanghai. Until Iceland and Stockholm. Reykjavik has 2 airports, Stockholm 4 (!). Please indicate clearly when a departure flight is scheduled from an aiport other than the international aiport. That would greatly reduce stress. Thanks

Terrible 3-4-3 seat configuration, I thankfully was able to choose a seat at the back where it narrowed to 2-4-2 for some relief though seats were still narrow. Staff did not manage the boarding lines at all either, was total chaos.

Seriously need to improve the time schedule and the plans

We were delayed by rain while we were on the tarmac. The crew came around and offered everyone water while we waiting 45 min in the plane.

Great TV, easy boarding, wonderful ground crew and flight crew.

Crew was very respectful and ready to serve. Much better than before.

Over 4 hour delay in departure. Aircraft and gate changes. Problems loading cargo. It was a mess.

Ease of boarding, take off and landing. Unable to watch movies

Rouge airbus seat pitch is the worst I’ve ever experienced. 6’7” and couldn’t properly fit my legs in.

Very slow boarding and delays. Other than that, the rest was amazing!

Lufthansa flights were great. United flight from houston to Frankfurt had very small seats with almost no space

Second time I took this flight, and they lost my luggage both times. Waiting for my suitcase now, last time it took two days to get it back.

Twenty-four hours before our flight we wanted to check in online, but was unable to do this, so we walked over to the airport. We were still unable to do it, but it ended up not being a problem doing it that day. One of the women in our group wanted to check two bags, but was unable to do it, but they then let her take the smaller bag with her into the cabin and didn't charge her for that extra bag.

Must deplane and take bus in Frankfurt. A big hassle.

Really bad airline, they treat you like you would be treated on a budget airline.

The smoothest boarding, courteous and experienced attendants, comfort and food/drinks I have ever experienced flying Economy on any airline! It made a 12 hour flight no burden at all - Thankyou Lufthansa!

Everything great. Just didn’t get my checked bag. Never left Berlin

This airline is the cheapest airline I ever seen I had to pay for my seat and it wasn't even same isle with my husband They charge for everything very rude crew All they think is to sell Who care about customer service just sell you tea coffee water etc.

Everything could be better. The plain was in Orlando for 3 hours prior to boarding. After boarding all the passengers they found out that plane has a mechanical problem. After an hour the problem was solved, the pilot comes on and states, (We have to go back to the gate and take on more fuel!) Are you kidding me???? Who they have for pilots, Boy scouts?? I barely made my connecting flight to Vienna, but my suitcase did not. I'm still waiting for it, in Gyor, Hungary. Am I having fun yet?? Other passenger were in the same binned. I travelled all over the world both for business and pleasure with all types of airlines. By far of all the carriers I travelled with, Discover is the worst. I'm contemplating to bight the bullet and go back to the US with a different carrier. For International flights, the seats are made for little people. The person in front of me had his seat reclined the whole way, I felt like he was sitting in my lap. For closing, I would not let my dog travel with Discover, yet alone recommend it to an other person. Does it sound like I'm frustrated, Think about having to travel back to the US with them. I'm sure I'll not hear back from you, because nobody wants to hear about bad news, but with all the hype Discover puts out there about their services, nothing could be further from the truth. Only problem we experienced was not anything to do with Lufthansa. When changing planes in Frankfurt we spent over an hour on passport control line. Lufthansa did a marvelous job on everything from keeping me informed via texts, to terrific cabin crew.
