Cons: central a/c was noisy. They turned off one section and that made it better.

Cons: As in all India, having a shower can be challenging. Water pressure is an issue as is temperature mixing.

Pros: Our stay in Jehan Numa was amazing and everything was top notch. The location of the hotel was very good - close to almost all the landmarks in Bhopal (all the popular museums, the lake, etc). Being located on a hill and next to the lake, the place was cooler than other places in the city and the nights were pretty cool. Our room was clean, compact and well maintained. The bathroom was also clean and smelled good. Our beds were comfortable and we all had good sleep. The service was excellent throughout our stay, whether at the reception, in the restaurants, baggage handling, room service, or otherwise. The best thing though was the food. The breakfast was very good with pretty good variety and, everything was delicious. Special mention for local items like haleem and kheema. The lounge bar (Sherbag) was also very good - nice cocktails and good service. The top place though was the Under the Mango Tree restaurant. It had an amazing ambience (sitting and eating under a mango tree!), great food (especially the kebabs, Filfora and Shahi Tukda) and good service.

Cons: The shower partition in the bathroom could be wider to keep water out.

Pros: Hotel is heritage hotel and was an old palace.The property is very Green and good lawns.Food is good.

Cons: There is always a huge marriage crowd with noisy guests.The breakfast area was always very crowded with noisy guests scrambling for food.2 days I avoided the breakfast.Also there is VIP stays always and affects the regular guests.

Pros: The staff were very polite and accommodating they gave a late chk out for a guest who was unwell and upgraded our rooms at no extra costs as we had a few elderly people

Cons: Just the bathroom cieling sides had black moulds. Rest all awesome.

Cons: Why I was booked without breakfast. Paying so much for a room and breakfast not included. Even hotel staff was surprised.

Cons: Had a horrible experience when I had asked for a first aid kit they no one came with the same for 15 to 20 mins & my daughter was bleeding and when when I had reached on the reception to settle the bill till that also first didn't came & nor the front desk took the pain for the first aid box

Pros: It was my preferred place to stay nine years back for its location, and good value for the money. I returned after nine years and find they have added a new restaurant, and health club. But rooms have not renovated. Same old fixtures and tv. Bathrooms are aging. Towels are old and staff is not trained. WiFi is very slow to the point I used my 4G data than room WiFi. Breakfast is now not good and service has gone down. Reception during check out is very slow.

Pros: Well presented large comfortable room with good hot water and working wi-fi. Excellent room service. Quality food in the restaurant and good Indian style breakfast. Generally nice environment in the hotel.

Cons: Staff could be over attentive at times but the service was well intended. There was no window in our room. We had unfortunate 'misunderstandings' more than once over the final cost of driver trips organised by the hotel. When checking out we discovered that payment by card was impossible due to the card machine not working and we only just managed to scrape together enough cash to pay our bill. We became very concerned about missing our flight with all the hassle over payment; we had already offered to pay the previous evening so as to avoid any problems but were told that payment in the morning would be fine (we were leaving at 6.00am and it wasn't fine).

Cons: Most of the bedrooms showed to me were without a proper window.

Cons: The bathroom had a leaking tap which kept it wet..which was irritating. The main door had to be banged to close. It's located close to railway crossing so you can continuosly have rail noise. The surrounding is really bad.
