Excellent 10.0
Pros: Excellent breakfast and hotel well sign posted and easy to find Very helpful staff
Cons: Might consider a bar area for pre and post dinner drinks
Excellent 10.0
Pros: Modern style in old building is very cool Location is in the central area
Cons: Was some night club next to hotel and was possible to hear a little bit of music till 3 am but very low and still ok to sleep, Isolation is good
Excellent 10.0
Pros: Spacious junior suite for 4
Cons: No windows just skylights Microwave but nothing to use in it No silverware or other utensils either
Excellent 10.0
Pros: We thought the breakfast was a little pricey until we saw it. Bounteous options, beautifully prepared and presented, and staff that really went above and beyond all expectations. The hotel is a perfect choice for travelers: crisp, modern interior, spotlessly clean, great lighting. It offers an excellent location just steps from great restaurants. Perhaps most important, it was VERY quiet. We never heard traffic or another guest.
Cons: We had a difficult time with checking in. First the clerk was adamant that she couldn't check us in without our passports while I was desperately trying to explain that I would have luggage and passports if she would just tell me how to get our car to the property (key streets were closed due to a celebration). Then we were assigned to a room that was occupied. The hotel upgraded our room and comped our breakfast, so they do want to provide good service.
Excellent 10.0
Pros: Beautiful hotel, lovely staff, fantastic value & great location. Very welcoming & helpful. Breakfast was excellent. Room, bed & bathroom were pretty luxurious. Spotlessly clean. Thank you.
Excellent 10.0
Pros: Great location! We were in the middle of all the action. There was a festival while we were there and were entertained by Las Gigantes, or giant figures in elaborate dress. I am sorry to say I forget the name of the man who checked us in, but he was the most friendly and knowledgeable person I have ever met. He really should be manager someday, he was so good.
Cons: Nothing could have been better! I even liked that the small band of trumpeters practiced in the square outside the hotel in the morning!
Excellent 9.0
Pros: Breakfast very good as always. Great location. Friendly staff. We love this hotel & have stayed many times en route to our destination.
Cons: Tea/Coffee in the room please!

Cons: Its a bit expensive and the curfew is a little annoying
Excellent 10.0
Pros: I very much appreciated being able to check my bags in before check-in so we could tour the city. Paula was very warm and professional — went out of her way so advise where the best Pinchos locations were.
Cons: I appreciated everything!
Excellent 9.2
Pros: Very friendly people. A modern hostel with everything you need as a pilgrim. I was way too early but could leave my backpack. Good breakfast. Perfect location. Muchas Gracias
Excellent 8.0
Pros: Quiet, clean, safe, excellent hostel in the old town
Cons: Nothing.
Excellent 9.2
Pros: The beds were very comfortable
Cons: They let tourists in after 10pm when there were mostly pilgrims staying who went to bed at 9pm. They woke everyone up. They could have put all the tourists in a room together
Excellent 10.0
Pros: The location and style of the accommodation. Loved how your card gave you access and locked your belongs in their locker
Okay 4.6
Pros: Design is Good
Cons: 1) Noisy because of strong door closer on 3 doors and to the bathroom - extreme loud if people going to the toilet in the middle of the night 2) the last guests are coming to checkin at 23:00 3) expensive addons
Excellent 10.0
Pros: Location, option for all women room, very clean.
Cons: No laundry facilities and fine if you hand washed clothes.
Excellent 8.0
Pros: Stayed as a pilgrim on the Camino. Had female only rooms which was very good. Funky vibe. Clean, and very close to the path.
Cons: No laundry
Excellent 9.2

Excellent 10.0
Pros: The location was perfect!
Cons: The elevator seemed to need attention...very noisy.
Excellent 8.5
Pros: If you're going tapas hopping in Logroño, location couldn't be better. Great for visiting the historic center, too. Really comfortable and easy to access. Found free parking in a nearby public lot.
Excellent 9.6
Pros: Small cozy hotel, very conveniently located, quiet, nice 3 ⭐️ hotel.
Cons: Window view but for 2 nights not a major issue
Excellent 8.0
Pros: Perfect location right next to the river and park and old town.
Excellent 8.3
Pros: The location is really good because it's close to the old part of town (lots to places to eat) and there's a free public parking lot very close by. Comfortable room.
Cons: It cost about 20-30 euros more per night than most other places during our 5 weeks in Spain.
Excellent 8.8
Pros: Good breakfast, good location
Excellent 9.6
Pros: Location of the hotel is perfect - about 3min walk to Calle del Laurel. There is a park across the street where a music festival went on till 4am on the first night during our stay, and we weren't able to fall asleep because the music was too loud.. However, I don't think this is hotel's fault since on the second night we didn't hear any noise from the street. Hotel staff is very friendly and is willing to help. Room is nice, and the bed is very comfortable. It would be nicer if there was conditioner in the bathroom kit. Parking is a bit tight as noted by other reviews, so it's recommended that you have a second person standing outside the car to watch out if you aren't used to park in tight spaces.
Excellent 10.0
Pros: Location is next to the Tourist Office. For an easy wine tasting the Bodega Franco Espanola is a short walk from the hotel just across the river. As a bonus you get to drive your car into an elevator to access the parking garage.

Pros: This is palatial. I would live here full time if I won the lottery.
Cons: I didn’t like that I had to leave. What a palace!
Excellent 9.6
Pros: n/a
Cons: nothing all good
Excellent 8.8
Pros: Great location. Helpful staff. Modern rooms. Powerful shower.
Cons: Shower leaked a lot. The safe didn’t work. Dodgy hair drier which sparked and sounded faulty, however a replacement was provided as soon as we requested it.
Excellent 9.2
Pros: The most amazingly comfortable bed .....
Cons: I would have preferred a more private bathroom . If you were travelling with friends it would not be very private !!
Good 6.7
Pros: Great location! Friendly staff. Incredible city with wonderful shops. A gem!
Cons: While I loved the location, the night life was a bit loud (wine festival) which made sleeping a bit difficult and getting a cab the next morning impossible.
Excellent 8.0
Pros: The shower in the room was great.
Excellent 10.0
Pros: Helpful staff and excellent location
Cons: Nothing
Excellent 9.6
Pros: Beautiful boutique hotel in the old part of town. Staff was great! Above and beyond. The front desk attendant lent me her personal umbrella, when I asked to borrow one from the hotel.
Cons: The hot water in the shower did not get quite hot enough for me. It was a bit tepid.

Okay 4.6
Pros: Next to a Catholic Church
Cons: We arrived to what seemed like construction happening in the next room and it lasted for about 1.5 hours. The host of the hostel didn’t tell us where to find the Camino or how far off the Camino we were.
Excellent 8.0
Pros: The hostel is in the heart of Logrono, and the staff was really helpful and considerate. The rooms are clean and cosy, and the floor is secured with 2 locks.
Cons: However, the building next to the room - which shares a common wall, apparently - was undergoing reconstruction. There was drilling and hammerring during working hours - therefore, no sleep after 08:30 h. I understand this is outside of the property's control; however, it was a huge downer for our stay.
Good 7.0
Pros: Close location from bus station and easy walk to the old town.
Cons: Beds were basic so an upgrade in bed and sheets would be nice.
Okay 5.0
Pros: Good location
Cons: Shower regulator was broken, only scalding hot water. Bummer when you need a shower. Asked for a 10 euro refund after they tried and failed to fix it. Seems the steady stream of pilgrims is providing money regardless of the upkeep. Go figure.
Excellent 8.3
Pros: Very near bus station.
Excellent 9.6
Pros: Close to bus station and central to town

Good 7.1
Pros: Rooms were fine, same style as lots of other hotel chains.
Cons: Staff looked bored.
Okay 5.4
Pros: Great location
Cons: Bathroom was dated and showed signs of water damage.
Good 6.3
Pros: The bathroom and the garage. The bedroom was OK but a little severe.
Cons: The reception staff were not friendly on arrival and not a smile the whole period we were there. The restaurant was closed and when we went out they were busy talking to other guests so we spend a hour looking for a restaurant and failed. We went back to the hotel and the pleasanter of the 2 on reception gave us a map of where to go. As they knew the restaurant was closed why not tell us when we arrived and give us an idea of where to go. We have stayed in Accor hotels all over France and UK but the service in Spain was not up to the normal standard.
Good 7.9
Pros: Location is close to the old town and reasonably priced for the quality of accommodation. I would recommend this hotel
Excellent 9.6
Pros: Breakfast buffet for 10 euros was good deal. Spacious enough room, big bathroom, great location, nice staff. A good value overall.
Cons: The ac vent in my room blew straight into my face which i hate. Turning the vents didn't fix it. Lost one night on sleep.
Excellent 9.6
Pros: Very. Enteral location with lovely big rooms. Also very quiet with very comfortable beds. The male staff member who runs the bar and breakfast area was very professional with a lovely manner.
Cons: We had to ask to have the bath towels changed as they were grubby. This was done very quickly even though reception did not appear to believe why. The male Receptionist was a bit cool in manner.
Excellent 9.2
Pros: Location superb lots of bars/restaurants nearby
Cons: Nothing

Good 7.9
Pros: Location close to centre of town. Close to Calle Laurel where good eating can be found.
Excellent 10.0
Pros: This is an excellent hotel. The staff really helped us so much (they spoke excellent English and did not make fun of my pathetic Spanish), we could not have done our Rioja visit without them, nor made our super early train. The location is perfect, just on the outer edge of the old town. It is just off the famous Laurel street, which we found too crowded, but the perfect access point to the rest of the delightful old town. We had an interior room, which was very quiet with really comfortable beds. We did not have the breakfast, but had a snack of coffees and bocadillos (sandwiches) at the restaurant that were really great. Highly recommend.
Cons: Nothing, really.

Good 7.9
Pros: Nice location, clean facility.
Cons: Do not try to park a car at the hotel, as there is a very small car elevator and then tiny parking spaces in the garage. HARD mattress. A/C unit did not work well. No wash cloth, and when asked for one, the desk staff offered a shrink-wrapped sponge. Cleaning staff took it away the next day without replacing it for us.
Excellent 8.3
Pros: We were finishing our stage of the Camino in Logroño so the location was great, just over the bridge as you arrive into the city. The hotel is also 5-10 minutes from the main tapas’ streets and this suited us too ie a short stroll away. The jacuzzi and sauna were great facilities and the spa/gym areas were spotless. The breakfast buffet offered reasonable choice and the staff were friendly/helpful throughout. The room was clean, with comfortable beds and nice sink/mirror space in the bathroom.
Cons: I think we may have been unlucky in our room but I found it quite dark and lacking in natural light.
Excellent 10.0
Pros: Great housekeeping, I left for 20 minutes to grab some groceries and the room had already been turned over. Great views from my room!
Cons: The hot tub could be hotter
Good 6.3
Pros: Position
Cons: This hotel uses a lot of plastic. 3 tissues supplied wrapped in plastic, 2 plastic cups provided wrapped in plastic, plastic shower cap packaged in plastic. The company should be considering the harm that plastics do to the environment, and find new solutions to providing services without the plastics.
Excellent 8.0
Pros: Very good location in the center of Logrono, clean.
Good 7.0
Pros: Perfect location 10 minute walk from old downtown and a Thousand tapas restaurants sweezed into little streets. Spectacular!!!
Cons: Nothing -garage a little tightj
Good 6.7
Pros: Good location
Cons: high price
Excellent 9.0
Pros: a really god location, a nice hotel with all the amenities you need.
Cons: the pillow

Good 7.5
Pros: Location and clean
Cons: Told to keep suitcases locked but no safe in room. Had to leave valuables in a sealed envelope in a locker in reception very inconvenient. No fridge in room . Parking not in the hotel garage but next door and had to ask for key every time to access it. Parking space almost impossibly small
Excellent 10.0
Pros: Excellent hotel with very pleasant and helpful staff
Cons: Nothing
Excellent 8.3
Pros: Reception staff were very pleasant, helpful and cordial.
Cons: Bar service was pathetic, normally unmanned.
Excellent 10.0
Pros: The breakfast was very good and location central within the city but a bit removed from the Camino walk.
Good 7.7
Pros: This hotel was excellent in every way, I stayed one night. The cost was very good for the excellent service and attention. They even assisted in getting our taxi which was at 12 midnight, to the train station.
Cons: The only problem was it was not near the train station, but a short taxi ride was sufficient.
Good 6.7
Pros: Hotel is in the center on the quite street, calle Laurel (tapas) is 10 min walk. I would say perfect for a city break. Price/quality is really good.
Cons: Parking could be better, too small
Excellent 8.0
Pros: We stayed at this hotel because they take dogs.. we were on our way to the ferry so location was the reason as well,. nice English speaking reception staff, good brealfast but the resturant was closed the night before so we had to eat out.. leaving the dogs in the hotel along.. not ideal.
Cons: Just the resturant was closed.
Okay 5.7
Pros: Closness to city centre
Excellent 8.0
Pros: The fact that you can walk anywhere pretty much in Longrono in ten minutes from the hotel
Good 7.6
Pros: We went for a wedding. We were very happy the staff spoke fluet English.
Cons: Small parking garage.
Okay 5.2
Pros: I liked that we could get some English speaking channels to watch what was happening with Michael Jackson (had to switch AV to TV)
Cons: Room smelt a bit stale but it was tidy.
Okay 5.6
Pros: Friendly helpful staff
Cons: Bar/Cafeteria's limited opening hours and food selection
Okay 4.8
Pros: Logrono is a nice place to stroll and people watch. The river walk down by the Ebro looks nice. Unfortunately, it rained alot while we were there and it is more of a pedestrian place.
Cons: The rooms and beds are very, very, very small by American standards. Also, there was no air conditioning. Also, the TV did not work.
Good 7.6
Pros: clean, comfortable and efficient
Cons: not much character, but this is a business hotel

Pros: Good location
Cons: Several flights of stairs to climb when we were exhausted after walking all day!!
Excellent 10.0
Pros: The staff were friendly and helpful.
Excellent 10.0
Pros: The man on reception was so helpful with everything we needed. This was a welcome break from the Camino Albergues a bit pricey but comfy and clean with towels and a private bathroom.
Excellent 9.6
Pros: There is no elevator and the reception is up two floors. The room we were originally given was up several more flights. The desk clerk kindly gave us a room on the same floor as reception. He also suggested a number of places to go for tapas, all of which were excellent. The hostel is in excellent location for anyone walking the Camino.
Cons: No elevator.
Excellent 8.8
Pros: This was a great place to stay as a rest day from the Camino. Affordable, centrally located, comfortable and clean. Ivan was a fantastic help and had the best pinchos recommendations!

Cons: Located on second floor and then two more floors to get to room. Lots of outside noise.

Pros: Breakfast was above average - would rate it excellent +
Cons: Requested a room overlooking the car park but because they had a coach load of overnight stays we were not allocated our request. Pity, whilst the room etc was excellent the Shower was poorly located for a senior - extra hand rails needed and an anti slip l floor mat, within the bath, should be available. This location is ideal for overnight travellers en-route from the Med to Bilbao (to catch the Ferry to the UK.) only a quarter of the journey left.
Good 7.1
Pros: The staff were very helpful in telling me where restaurants were located and ordering us a taxi.
Cons: The hotel is located in a industrial part of the town. The restaurant doesn't open on a Sunday so it cost us €22 in taxis to get to the old town for something to eat.
Excellent 8.8
Pros: Friendly staff very helpful nice and clean. Good parking €11 taxi ride into town , very busy time due to festival. Varied selection at breakfast
Cons: Noisy closures of bedroom doors early mornings. Breakfast replenishment a bit slow. Some cups in room chip on lip of cup.
Excellent 10.0
Pros: The staff were very good, not all spoke English but we all got by. The hotel was fairly easy to find and a short drive from the city centre. The lady on reception gave us a map and told us where we could find parking. An enjoyable stay and I would go there again.
Cons: The meals were only available from 9pm to 11pm which is a little late for us, but they were very reasonably priced and of good quality.
Excellent 10.0
Pros: first class service, excellent food served, helpful front desk, adequate breakfast
Cons: dinner at 21.00 hours , a bit late
Excellent 8.8
Pros: Comfortable and clean bedroom. Looking is excellent if you are on route to France/Portugal and there's a petrol station just in the Hotel area. Pets allowed for a small fee
Cons: Pillows are a bit over-sized. Breakfast was very weak with limited options. The few slices of bread available were stale and with one hour left for the breakfast to be finished everything was almost gone. The options in the cafe are also very limited and very expensive for a 3 star place.
Excellent 10.0
Pros: lovely staff nice choice breakfast located just off the A12 from Pamplona motorwY when travellingtoand fromSpain costas
Cons: no English channels on tv . but that is a small point

Excellent 8.3
Pros: Good facilities and friendly staff.
Cons: The pilgrim meal was very very basic.
Excellent 10.0
Pros: This was a lovely hostel that does not rate that high but I loved. It was clean, warm and friendly.
Cons: I thought it was fantastic
Okay 5.0
Pros: Friendly staff and open lounge which was spacious
Cons: This hostel is sold as a pilgrim albergue and was actually full of African migrant workers. They were very noisy until 2300 and then up and noisy at 0600. No respect for other users with constant coming and going to the toilets and showers on pilgrims floor ( even though their room is by the communal lounge). Every pilgrim I spoke to was afraid of the situation and did not feel their belongings were safe. Only two lockers were lockable if you had your own padlock
Good 7.5
Pros: Location great
Cons: Aged wash centers...clogged shower drains, non-working faucets, mold. Pilgrims be warned...non-pilgrims party/talk all night!
