They do the bait and switch with the type of car you book. Reserved an electric car and only had petrol options available. Unable to manage a clutch due to a bum leg so was unable to get a car that day after making a deliberate trip to the airport for pick up. Also their signage to find them is like a scavenger hunt. Choose another rental company if you don't want your plans derailed.

Town centre pick up in Donostia, simple , quick, and cheap, with helpful and friendly staff. My only critique was the cleanliness of the car - we found a lot of rubbish from the previous renters in ours.

Easy to get the car, there was no line and it took 5 minutes. The return was a bit tricky because it was at a different location at the airport but overall it was fast and the gentleman was friendly.

This place is a bait and switch rip off. They tried to force us to get their full coverage insurance and wouldn’t let us have the car. I would avoid doing business with them.

The rental pickup process was long (we had to wait for over an hour) and then the vehicle I received was a shitbox. It was unclean on the inside, and had dents and scratches on it all over outside. When I drove it, the power windows kept having issues, and the engine/transmission sounding like it could give out at any moment. It did not feel safe. I didn’t complain at the time of pickup because we had waited so long and I figured for approximately $25 a day, what I should have expected… but then they charged me twice. I’m also currently in the process of finding out why this cost me nearly $300 for 6 days, instead of the $170 that I paid in advance through Kayak. I probably won’t ever rent from this company or its Honolulu location ever again.

A whole busload of ppl arrived on their shuttle together late in the evening from flights across Canada. Many flights were from 1 to 3 hours late. I watched them tell one after another that they have no reservation, it was cancelled because they arrived late. Some were so upset they were in tears. My reservation was good still being only 1 hour late. They are not at the airport so the travellers denied cars are now stranded outside the airport. Poor customer service. Many customers called the reservation line to inform them about their flight delays. There was no communication to the people working that night. No sympathy, and no attempt to help them. Just a sorry....next.

Employees were nice. When I arrived to pickup car they informed me that they don't take my insurance and charged me 433 dollars. Had no choice as I was out of state, 2hours from destination and had my daughter with me. I've never had someone not accept my insurance. I will never rent with them again and with make sure I relay my experience with them on social media. Unscrupulous business practice.

Horrible car was dirty nasty loaded with roaches. Return the car immediately the next day not even sorry still charged me the day and way xtra fees totally a ripoff. I m going to put videos up with roaches so people don’t ever rent a car there

Unable to pickup rental due to insurance issues with insurance sold by Kayak. Rental canceled by rental car company but Kayak stole the money for themselves. KAYAK / PRICELINE are fraudsters that sell unusable insurance. You should be ashamed of yourselves. Worst experience ever. Stay away from KAYAK and their sister companies. All are a part of BOOKING.COM.
