C$ 451 Find cheap flights from Germany to Calgary

Plane was old and small. Crew was not very friendly and didn’t check in much or offer water more than 2 times over a 8 hour flight.

We were on a full-service fare as part of a long-haul trip so it was disappointing to be on such a no-frills flight (no meals/hot drinks/entertainment) especially for a 3.5hr flight, at the start of a long trip. The crew however we’re lovely & friendly.

The boarding process in Frankfurt was chaotic and uncomfortable. Everyone was waiting at the gate and had to get up and line up (by escalators which caused problems) to get documents checked. Then wait in line for bus which took us to tarmac where we had to stand in the cold rain outside the plane to climb the stairs to board. The plane ride itself was smooth and as comfortable as could be in economy. Free texting for aero plane members was nice. The food was decent.

I never booked this flight. Someone else did as fraud

Glad to see the staff of Air Canada take preference in protecting their customers from unruly passengers before they board. Well done

Food variety there should be more options or at least more chicken than pasta offers. Multiple times I get left with pasta option only as I usually sit furthest back row.

First of all, it was operated by lufthansa and not air Canada. I strongly suggest Lufthansa over air Canada.

This website did not advise the prices were in $USD, when the flyer (me) was flying within Canada only and only a Canadian resident, and booking this flight in Canada. Furthermore, the area to board the plane was unusually hot and sweaty.

The flight was delayed with zero compensation only hours before the flight. The pick up driver had a very long drive so he was already on the road when the flight was delayed so he also had to sit and wait there for a long time. again zero compensation for anything. not even a voucher for food or drink.

We liked the direct flight from Frankfurt to Orlando, however, it was a little confusing as I thought I was traveling with Lufthansa from Izmir- Frankfurt-Orlando. We were not able to check in online twenty-four hours before the flight from Izmir. One lady in our group wanted to check two suitcases in Izmir, but was not allowed to do so. She was allowed to take the extra bag into the cablin. Others in our group were able to check two bags. In Frankfurt several in our group were given stand-by boarding tickets, which worried them. Everyone eventually was allowed to board, but it caused them to worry. I didn't have any of those problem.

Must deplane and take bus in Frankfurt. A big hassle.

Boarding, comfort, food/drinks, entertainment and most of all an extremely courteous and friendly group of flight attendants made my 12 hour flight an absolute joy!

Everything great. Just didn’t get my checked bag. Never left Berlin

The bad part was 2 hour delay and we were seating in the airplane it was getting hot and uncomfortable But after they fixed the problem everything went so smooth Crew were amazing very nice polite and caring

The plain was on time. Better seating, better service than Discover. I wish I could used them for my return flight. I have used them before, and they were always good.

boarding needs to be streamlined load the back of the plane first

Touchscreens do not work. WiFi did not work. Food is possibly the worst on any European airline. Drinks came by only four times on a cross-Atlantic. The plane was two hours late because—it was announced—Lufthansa didn't have enough large aircraft in their fleet to accommodate an on-time flight.

Another 35 min delay landing No apology no communication or acknowledgment about this

The flight attendants were superb and the service was outstanding. Some passengers with small children were very rude and inconsiderate, kids were constantly crying and some were running around the aisle unsupervised.

Our flight was delayed by over 6 hours. We then had to deplane, stay overnight in a hotel then fly out the next day, 23 hours late.

Air hostess delayed providing food and then pulled away the tray before i finished eating

Spending 10 hours on a flight with no video or wifi access due to issues per stewardess was not enjoyable nor acceptable. Will follow up directly with the airline as well

The flight was nearly empty so we were welcomed to spread out and relax. There was some turbulence but nothing too scary. The crew was lovely!! They engaged in conversation and were very friendly! The food is terrible!!! Horrible wooden utensils, they barely pierce the food or cut anything. I sat in basic economy and was very comfortable. Customer service at the desk was polite and helpful.

Boarding process needs to be improved. Business class passengers were told to stand in the economy line and vice versa.

Never got on this AA flight since British Airways delayed my original flight 29 hours
