Great location - walking distance to many shops and restaurants. Polite, bilingual staff. Clean, comfortable rooms. Great breakfast included.
It was a little pricey. It was the most expensive hotel I've ever stayed at and although I don't have any complaints, I just expected a little more for my money. Parking wasn't included. Rooms were equivalent to a mid-range hotel.

I loved the dining room view...we had breakfast on a sunny morning overlooking the park. The location is great for me. I can walk to most places I need to access.
not much...the only sligh thing ...the bed was suppossed to be queen and it was a double...

The design of the building and the friendliness of the staff.
The level of services was very poor for a hotel of this price/category. For example, the minibar was completely empty. Breakfast started at 7AM, which is too late for a hotel that markets itself as business-friendly. It was impossible to get turn-down services after 3PM.
