Cons (-) They are renovating the breakfast area and the temporary breakfast set up is claustrophobic and meager. Renovations should be done by December. If breakfast is part of the appeal, don't book there until the renovation is done. Otherwise the hotel is fine and the staff lovely. I would go back after the renovation is done

Cons (-) We made a reservation on kayak prior to our arrival. When we arrived they told us they were sold out and that they didn't have a room for us despite having a confirmed reservation (paid in full). They blamed it on the computer system. Horrible customer service. Still have yet to be refunded.
