This room had an major issue. The entire room smelled like sewer gas. I think the toilet seal is faulty, which resulted in the entire hotel room smelling like a sewer. I arrived after 11:00pm last night and needed to sleep. I'd like some kind of refund

Room, price (& pet fee) and staff. Hotel of choice in Casper. Like that they take measures like wrapping the remote in plastic to avoid spreading the virus. Breakfast choices were great.
