The indoor pool had some maintenance issues like the steps in the deep end wobbling and some water intake wholes not protected. I also thought the hot tub was a little bit too hot and the jets were not in the right position.

Pros (+) Hot tub and pool. Hot breakfast. Shop with reasonable prices for snacks and wine.
Cons (-) Rollaway bed could have come with it's own pillows and a comforter and some extra towels.

Pros (+) Good value for the money. Free and plentiful parking. Friendly staff. Convenient location to IAD. Easy access to Toll Rd and routes 50 and 28. Room was spacious. Bed was comfortable.
Cons (-) Bathroom needs upgrades. Breakfast was not very good. Choices were limited, and the food tended to be cold by 0900 to 0930. Also, my room key did not work each day, so once a day I had to visit the front desk to have it re-activated.
