Summary of reviews
Guests say
Guests overwhelmingly praised the hotel's central downtown location, making it easy to access entertainment, restaurants, and events. Many highlighted the friendliness and helpfulness of the staff, as well as the cleanliness and comfort of the rooms, especially the beds. The minimalist style was noted, with some appreciating the modern design, though a few found the rooms basic or small. Noise from nearby bars and the arcade was a common complaint, and several guests mentioned a lack of in-room amenities like TVs, coffee pots, and hairdryers. Overall, the positive atmosphere, value, and convenience stood out.AI-generated from customer reviews
