Summary of reviews

Guests say
Guests consistently praised the hotel's convenient location near shops and services. Some reviewers highlighted friendly and helpful staff, and a few enjoyed the breakfast and restaurant options. However, many guests reported issues with cleanliness, uncomfortable beds, and a lack of elevators, which posed challenges for those with mobility issues. While some rooms were spacious and clean, others were described as dated or poorly maintained. The overall value for price was noted as good by some, but recurring problems with service, amenities, and accessibility were common concerns.
