Pros (+) The staff were welcoming and helpful.
Cons (-) Furnishings were all grey so the room lacked warmth. The room wasn't well cleaned. There were some scraps of paper on the floor and a dry wash cloth in the corner of the shower.

Pros (+) The room was comfortable and clean and the wifi was included. Nice walkable location for shopping and sightseeing. The staff was friendly and helpful when asked for assistance.
Cons (-) The staff could have been more attentive to details. We never seemed to have an adequate number of towels, the coffee making supplies were not properly stocked, the mini bar was locked, and we were not provided with room service menus.

Cons (-) Not many amenities, no access to fridge/microwave/ice, rooms are basic but clean, well updated. No comfort bags/toiletry provided. No toothbrush, toothpaste and other small things guests should have in room.
