Very good location!
Clean, very convenient location
Capsules are not soundproof, so it gets quite noisy. Had to argue with receptionist to get breakfast
It was easy to get to from the terminal (there is a free terminal shuttle bus).
It’s not necessarily bad, but it’s good to know that the pods are closed with a pull-down curtain. So if someone is not quiet during the night. You’ll hear it.
Great price and great location right in the middle of the airport. We could check in and lock up our bags in the afternoon and then go into Tokyo for the afternoon /or evening and back out which was perfect. The lockers are big enough for a fair bit of luggage and the toilets and showers were clean and there were enough even though it was very busy. The pods are comfortable and I got a decent night sleep.
Probably need to print the instructions in multiple languages. it was clear there were people there who didn’t speak English or Japanese and the concept was missed...i.e. people watching TV in their pods or brining through loud suitcases into the sleeping area. K
Convenient , clean, well organized.
Bed very thin, was expecting a door not just a shade so the noise was noticable.
