Guests consistently praised the hotel's breakfast, describing it as very good or exceptional, and also appreciated the cleanliness of the rooms and common areas. Many found the staff to be attentive and friendly, especially at reception and during breakfast service. However, some guests experienced issues with room size, maintenance (such as showers and lighting), and the lack of certain amenities like a restaurant or convenient power outlets. WiFi and TV usability were also points of dissatisfaction for a few guests. Overall, the positives centered on breakfast quality, cleanliness, and generally helpful service.
