Pros (+) I booked a lakeside room for a romantic getaway. I was assigned a room facing a depressing lumber yard. Staff was unhelpful. Did not attempt to escalate my complaint nor seemed to care There was a large wedding group at the hotel. Most likely my room was given to someone else as an upgrade.
Cons (-) Staff was unhelpful. Did not seem to even be willing to investigate or take any action to remedy the error
