Good
Room cooling could've been more efficient as it was not cooling at the end of the room. Plus, we booked for 3 people, therefore, we should've 3 beds as opposed to having 2 beds and one sofa only. Or else, one would pay for 2 person only because he/she would get the same room with same service in less price, which is a bit unfair.

the hotel in all certainly does not deserve 5 stars, we had trouble with the room tried to give us a delux room instead of honeymoon for which we paid more. only after our intervention we received the room for which we paid. another problem was the ants in the room, the hotel maintenance tried to reacting but theirs was still plenty of ants. A group of staff expected tips if they did not get them were arrogant and even rude Hotel location it’s far from town .

The steak only
Old sheets with holes on them and the customer service was not profesional. Also puddles of water every where out side the resort with smelly water. There was one night with out hot water.

Food, room and staff were great. Cannot complain. WiFi you must pay for but at $18 for week per device can add up. Overall would recommend.
Very diverse mix of guests from Germany, Holland, Spain, DR, Russia. Not offensive but odd clientele really.

The people and employees are so nice. The food it's very good. The room was clean and pretty nice too.
They close the pool at 7 when there's only adults in the hotel so i think they should keep it open until 10
