Description of family suite does not match with the reality; the bunk beds are for 6 or younger. They are not simple sized beds. Be careful when you book for a family with older kids.
Rooms were as expected. Beds were comfortable. We appreciated that they gave our family connecting rooms.
We had to book 2 rooms for our family of 5, thus diminishing any sense of value to the stay. Although it was convenient for us to stay here en route to a Tremblant ski week for a single night, I would not use it as base for such a holiday. Far better for a family of >4 to rent a condo closer to the hill. Noisy in the am. We arrived after very late at night and so it was far from ideal to be woken by the other families getting out their doors to make first tracks. Breakfast was crowded.
Location is great. Pool area fantastic for kids. Breakfast is also good for the money and fruits were fresh.
Furniture is a little outdated. Lighting in the room needs to be updated as well.
Cleanliness and staff
Breakfast was okay but all cold stuff.
The elderly woman at the front desk did not want to give me 4 keys or 4 pool towels, even though we had 4 in our group. She wanted to give me only 2 of each, because she said the other 2 people (our teenaged kids) were children and we had to be with them "AT ALL TIMES" (and she repeated this to me angrily at least three times). I'm not sure what this had to do with pool towels. As we got onto the elevator to go to our room, two boys around six years old came out on their own, without any adults, on their way to the ice machine. I am from the US and my French is nowhere near perfect, but I think that people in the tourism service industry need to be able to speak and understand English very well. I was not sure if there was a language barrier, but I felt that she was talking down to me. I have stayed here in the past, and much prefer dealing with another woman who speaks perfect English.
