Cons: I think the airline should offer something to eat on these long flights. For example, a small sandwich & a drink.

Pros: That I got to visit a place as mystical as Iceland for such a low and affordable flight. My departure flight with Iceland Air was on time and although the return was a bit tardy the company did an excellent job with being transparent.

Cons: The flight crew could have been a bit more polite

Pros: They were nice, rushed through beverages, but since it was a short flight that's understandable.

Cons: The top cushion on the seats could be less bulky.

Cons: Selling tickets that are for canceled flights. You are stealing money.

Pros: Great to go through customs in Dublin so the landing at home is easy.

Cons: The airline made people unnecessarily nervous by posting a very early boarding time so people thought they had to jump in line in customs when, in fact, we all had the same departure times and all had plenty of time.

Pros: Very professional, engaged and polite

Cons: Seats are way too small. Aisles way too tight. Recent acquisition by air Canada must improve passenger comfort.

Cons: Small seat, no entertainment, you have to buy blanket and headphones

Cons: Crew in London that checks our boarding pass and passports to let us on the plane was quite rude to my family. Crew inside the plane was great!

Pros: I liked having an empty seat next to me?

Cons: As a big guy, the person in front of my was reclining, and literally dug into my knees. I'm 6'3" so I'm not like abnormally large, but yeah. If there was someone sitting next to me this flight would have been absolutely horrendous. Also, no radio? No TV, what is this? the 80s? Earlier?

Pros: In flight entertainment was good, half of the cabin crew were super friendly, others a bit bored.

Cons: Brand new A350 but very cramped seats, it felt very claustrophic. Flew out on a 747 and had a lot of space - wonderful aircraft, flew back on A350 and it felt like flying Ryanair for 7 hours! I am only 5 feet 7 and my knees were close to the seat in front, I am not fat but the tray table was touching my stomach. I dread to think how anyone ate the food if they are 15 stone or more, I guess the table rest on the stomach and the food has to be held on.. The food wasn't good, I asked for a vegetarian meal but got bland vegan food - no cheese or dairy even though those are vegetarian. Next time I will not order a special meal and just get the standard vege meal and risk that they have one for me. Flight crew were OK, some of the instructions about electronic devices were garbled and unclear, especially about the use of laptops.

Pros: Crew!

Cons: Seat spaces are so small for long flights. London Helsinki on the back seat was a torture.

Pros: Crew.. single person was okay. Overall company operation plus late flight was poor

Cons: Luggage handling could be better. Flight on schedule will be good.

Cons: Free cup of tea!! Perhaps lightly more leg room
