Cons (-) This place, including the interior, is old and overdue for updating/repairs. Example: Bath sink formica has lifted an inch on the sides. Bathtubs are rusty. Breakfast included was dry cereal and milk. No heat/a/c controls in room. Your at the mercy of what they set temp at for central system.
