Cleanliness received mixed feedback, with some guests finding rooms and bathrooms very clean, while others noted issues like insufficient cleaning or outdated facilities. Service was generally neutral, with some appreciating smooth check-in and communication, but others mentioning limited staff presence or reception hours. Bathrooms were often described as functional but sometimes located outside the room or in need of renovation. Overall, the hotel is seen as a good value option with excellent location and large rooms, though there are areas for improvement in cleanliness and amenities.
