Summary of reviews
Guests say
The hotel receives praise for its attractive and enjoyable pool area, which many guests highlight as a standout feature. However, there are repeated complaints about the quality of service, with several guests citing unhelpful or rude staff, slow responses, and issues at reception and the restaurant. Breakfast is another area of dissatisfaction, with guests finding it overpriced, lacking in variety, or of poor quality. Cleanliness receives mixed feedback, with some guests noting clean and modern rooms, while others report maintenance issues and insufficient cleaning in certain areas. Overall, while the pool and some facilities are appreciated, improvements in service and breakfast are needed.AI-generated from customer reviews
