Pros (+) Nothing the room was filthy. Tub was not clean had dirt rings around the tub, toilet had feces and mold, sink had old tooth paste, mirror was smeared with god knows what. This was the second room they gave me the first room wasn’t cleaned either. Please save your money and spend it somewhere else where there’s not a previous person dna scattered around the room and not cleaned up afterwards. Disgu...

Cons (-) I wanted to cancel my booking due to my business trip got canceled so called customer service but no help from them. I didn't check hotel but money has been paid. I would appreciate if you could help me in this regards
Pros (+) Good size room. Good value for what you pay.
Cons (-) Front check in took longer than it should have. Not a huge deal but just a minor inconvenience since we were in a hurry to drop our stuff and get going.
