They told me that they were already to booked so I didn’t even get the car even though it said it was booked the day before.

The staff was very friendly and knowledgeable however not the most professional. The car was vacuumed but the windshield was not cleaned on the inside. The windshield wipers were terrible and need to be changed. Closing at noon on a Saturday is ridiculous.

The manager at the front Desk argued with me and insisted on trying to overcharge me $100 more for my car rental even after showing him what my quote was. I had to strongly express my concern and to get my point across Very rude and unprofessional.
