Nothing. The staff at Enterprise in Springfield was extremely unhelpful. I was never even able to rent a car, and had to refund the insurance I paid for.Cons:
When I showed up to Enterprise, they told me they had no cars available (despite my reservation). They left me stranded for 2 days as I awaited a car. I’ve never been so upset, angry, disappointed with a company. Ever. I’m a traveler from abroad so I was left abandoned because of their lack of prep.10.0 Wonderful
