Hotel Vittoria

Very good central location, 5 mins to Vittoria metro station They had an omelette station at breakfast which was great

Dirty!!! Not a 5 start hotel They left a used shower cap for me in the bathroom, I had to call to get a new one No slippers!! I had to call to get one Floor NEVER been wiped!! My black socks were white They had a pedal bin with the lid off and they decided to keep it!! You are a FIVE start hotel you cannot keep a broken bin with no lid!! With all of this I felt very uncomfortable and doubted that things are being changed or cleaned One serious issue I had was that the duvet wasn't enclosed in a cover, it was more wrapped! So the actual duvet that was used again and again was exposed ( I had to sung myself in the middle of the bed to avoid touching the exposed edge) Cupboard doors are dingy and won't close We must carry a big key for the bedroom and another card for electricity. I kept forgetting the key in the room every time The bar was closed since they were changing teams or something We were waiting at the reception and we were ignored by the concierge (all we wanted was to get a taxi) I ended up doing it myself At breakfast which was reasonable for a city as Veronna the chairs were sooooooo old that the cushining is gone so I sank in the chair frame! NEVER STAYING THERE AGAIN NEED SERIOUS RENOVATION...!!
