The best part of the hotel were the pictures online. In reality everything was from the elevators and furniture in the lobby to surfaces and features in the room were broken and or filthy.
The lobby had broken furniture & dirty floors. The staff was unfriendly. And the things in the room were filthy. The exercise ball was covered in a visible dirt and sticky to the touch. The jump ropes & bands were frayed & dirty. Curtains wouldn¿t draw
Covid safety precautions
Room was missing a lot of essential items like rags, towels, remote control for tv, ice machine on floor is not working.
I like the walk in shower and detachable shower head they have in the rooms. Rooms are very cozy.
I did not like that at the time there was only one elevator working out of the two they have. It was small elevator and limited to how many people can get in at a time. There was a line of people waiting to use it due to this.
Very dirty!!!! Not in the downtown area or even close. Would not stay. Had to get another hotel immediately.
The main desk attendant was genuinely interested in making sure we were comfortable.
It's clear management at this hotel does not schedule staff properly, rooms aren't fixed of broken or over used things (ie bathroom door chipping, window lost handle to open and close) I have stayed in the Manhattan Even. Management is the problem.
LOCATION WITH ACCESS TO DOWNTOWN BKYLN. CLEAN ROOM.
LAMPSHADE WAS TORN, NO ICE ON FLOOR AND VERY LITTLE INFO. WAS SHARED.. ALSO ONLY 1 HAND,FACE AND BATH TOWEL.. REQUESTED MORE BUT IT NEVER MATERIALIZED.. PARKING EXPENSIVE...
Almost a 30 minute wait to check in
Some Tv channels were not working due to it being Direct TV. Had to call for towels. Other occupants were smoking. I have gone to this hotel many times prior and recently this has been the worst experience by far. I don¿t believe I will go back.
Dirty, nothing worked, smelled like marijuana, no mask mandates.
There was nothing I liked
I did not like the fact that the room smelled like weed. The room across our room flooded into the hallways and into our room. The sheets were yellow stained. It was not a good experience.
I like the fact they have a greeting mat upon entering the hotel. You have to use your pass key to enter and I believe that is a great thing so that not just anyone can enter a very beautiful hotel such as that.
Absolutely Not! My stay was stupendous although I barely had the chance to stay in my room due to me being a traveling nurse I was always on the go. If not coming from work running to the market, I was running back out for the next shift.
The check in and check out was very easy
Bed sheets were not very clean and my room smelled of marijuana
