Pros (+) It's very economical but we were in Montreal in the wrong weekend, it was the weekend of road closure. So it makes travelling into Montreal very difficult due to the motel's location. Room is ok for a one night stay. Love the shower though, it was strong & hot!
Cons (-) For some odd reason, when we checked into our room, the door is already open??!! So, needless to say we had a LOT insect in the room. We spent a good 45 minutes killing off the bugs before we can even do anything. No chance of switching room for us because it was all sold out.

Pros (+) Great, quiet location convenient to Montreal, Brossard, and St. Hubert. Friendly bilingual staff. The room was clean, comfortable, mostly quiet, and the heating/AirConditioning worked fine. The WiFi was a life-saver. I'd recommend it or stay there again. The location is right on the river, with a bike path 100m from the back door.
Cons (-) Got woken up a bit early (8AM) by construction on the site, but only a bit, and clearly they are putting money into the place to renovate it.

Pros (+) Very clean and comfortable, nicely furnished. Bathroom was beautiful. Staff was super friendly and would check on us every day. Plenty of parking and great view of water and Montreal skyline. Would definitely recommend!
Cons (-) Can be a little bit of a delay due to traffic to cross bridge into Montreal, depending on time of day, but it's no big deal.
