8.3 Excellent
Pros: Clean and friendly
Cons: Pillow was hard. No mirror in bedroom.
5.0 Okay
Cons: Room very small. Too many rooms squeezed into a small space. Shared bathrooms just adequate. Downstairs kitchen like a dungeon (so, used the al fresco instead). Needed to drive downtown to ‘where the action is’ - a very long road along the shore front.
8.3 Excellent
Pros: The coziness
Cons: Small bed
10.0 Excellent
Pros: The bed very comfortable and the sheets smell great !
Cons: Nothing
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Pet and human friendly. Very quiet and relaxing
Cons: Nothing, everything was perfect
8.0 Excellent
Pros: We stayed in cottage #4 and it was quiet and well equipped. The bed was comfortable and we were able to make a fire in front of the cottage. The nice housekeepers cleaned the cottage everyday and changed the towels.
Cons: The seating situation in the cottage was not good. Only two wooden folding chairs to sit on and they were not comfortable. We ended up bring the outside Adirondak style chairs inside so we could sit in relative comfort.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: The host went out of his way to show us the facilities, to help and suggest solutions when we had a technical problem. The facilities were imaginative and well thought-out, for example outdoor living room and kitchen for guests to use. Rooms were clean and well-maintained.
Cons: Nothing!

10.0 Excellent
Pros: Everything was clean n fresh n beds were comfy.
9.2 Excellent
Pros: Very clean. Too late in the year but the pool and slide would be an awesome time for travelling children. BBQ and fire pit was a surprise! Would be a nice place to spend a few days.
Cons: Breakfast could use a few more options. It was only $9 for 2 so can't complain too much. No coffee machine in room!
6.7 Good
Pros: The staff was hospitality.
Cons: Despite the hospitality of the staff, I don't want to stop there one more time. The hotel is very old and obviously needs renovation. The room is small, very dark, it smells damp. It looks like a crypt. This feeling complements the ceiling in the room and the huge cobwebs at the entrance to the room.
8.3 Excellent
Pros: The room was clean and comfortable and more than adequate for a one night stay, and well located for a visit to the Acadian village.
7.5 Good
Pros: Quiet Clean Comfortable bed
Cons: No fire wood for camp fire so I had to purchase it myself Small shower No breakfast

Motel Bel-Air - Caraquet - Building
8.5 Excellent (159 reviews)
C$ 85+
Overview Reviews
Located in Caraquet, Motel Bel-Air is a 1-minute drive from Oyster Museum and 8 minutes from Musee Acadien. The front desk is staffed during limited hours. Free self parking is available onsite.
6.0 Good
Pros: Late checkin was no problem.
Cons: Obviously not the best value for the money but at the same time considering the location, which is not the most touristy, they probably don’t get as much business and have to survive somehow as well. So if you just need some place to put your head down while travelling, then its ok.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Easy to locate on the highway. Recently remodeled and urbanized with very state of the art accoutrements. We were extremely pleased with the modern fixtures, appliances, lighting and linens. Spotless to the point of deciding to draw a bath instead of taking a shower (which I rarely EVER do while traveling). It was fun talking with the owner and hearing her story of coming home to buy the motel. She’s done a great job and runs a tight ship. Brava!!
Cons: Room was small but utilized space efficiently. Pet friendly. Nice yard area to “throw the ball.”
7.0 Good
Pros: Room was very clean and comfortable

10.0 Excellent
Pros: Comfortable bed with very nice linens
10.0 Excellent
Pros: We had a large room that appeared to be newly renovated. The bed was very comfortable and it was quiet. It appears that sections of the hotel have been renovated. One very pleasant surprise were the comfortable lawn chairs (4 in total) placed on the lawn sloping down to the water. Several people regularly used them - as did we - and it was a relaxing way to enjoy some outdoor time. Staff were particularly helpful, informative and accommodating - with good suggestions for meals at local restaurants and cafes. We would stay there again.
Cons: It was all good.
8.3 Excellent
Pros: Good location, mostly newly renovated, nice staff, very quiet
Cons: Thought breakfast was included,
5.0 Okay
Pros: The breakfast staff were friendly and efficient. We had a room with a small glimpse of the water but the building is not situated to take advantage of its location.
Cons: The whole place could do with a facelift. It’s a bit like staying in a Motel 6 circa 1969.
9.2 Excellent
Pros: I liked the location. It was close to many restaurants. It was close to Miscou Island where we visited as well as the Acadian Village.
Cons: The breakfast I feel could have been complimentarily as it provided little options compared to other motel stays for less.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Setting was lovely, and the room was comfortable.
