Didn’t get the room advertised on Kayak.
They didn't refund my snorkeling fee
They didn't refund my snorkeling fee after the outing was canceled due to rain and heavy winds. Said they would, and then didn't. Never coming here again.
Water front property. (Notice I didn't say Beach front, there are no real beaches on the island) There are bathrooms in the room with semi-hot water. Standard U.S. 120 V power.
Loud construction all day on the property right next door. No A/C. Don't get me wrong, I love a nice firm mattress, but DAMN! The mattresses are as hard as a rock. They don't put one extra penny into maintenance on the place because they don't need to, all the other hotels on the island are all in the same condition.
