Pros: Staff was polite and efficient. Pick up at airport went smoothly.
Cons: Car windshield was impossible to get clean. I think the salt water had permanently scratched the glass. This made for bad glare at night, in the rain, in the bright sunlight. Very annoying. Also, would have been nice to have a map. We finally found a free one in a gift shop downtown.

Worst ever
Pros: Nothing They gave my confirm car reservation to someone else They were than not able to provide me with a car that would meet my needs
Cons: They were not even open when l arrived They did not notify me I had to take a cab to the hotel

They didn’t have a van for my family.
Pros: Nothing
Cons: Their attitude. They did nothing to help other than offering 2 smaller cars for the same price. But one driver can’t drive 2 cars!!!

Pros: Pick up & drop off was good. No additional charges
Cons: Maintenance of car was questionable. Adjustment for left mirror missing. Floor mats torn up to useless. No liquid in wiper spray. Spare tire not screwed down and tire tool loose in the trunk. Rented for over a week and maintenance light went ON the 3rd day, called in and told not to worry about it. Car drove well with good gas mileage. Price was very competitive.

Not a good place to rent
Cons: Rude staff. Run down vehicles. I saw other rentals from Avis etc on road with much better/newer vehicles.

Wish we went to AutoEurope
Pros: the van accommodated our family of 8
Cons: The car was very worn, marks all over the inside (roof, sides and floor). Candy wrappers, empty plastic bottle left inside the car. I had to wait for them to unload boxes of items from the inside of the car before I could drive it away. It must have been a personal car. Desperately lacking in power and had difficulty going up the slightest hill. Sliding doors would not lock, so we were always concerned about safety, when we parked the car. The GPS was left in the car's glove compartment, when we returned it.
