Dropped off vehicle at 6:05 PM at the location. No one was there, however, there was no box to leave the keys. There was a box that said, for trucks only and not to leave the car keys. I had no choice but to leave the car keys in the truck box. would I run there again? Absolutely not. Very frustrating. I was there 45 minutes trying to figure out what to do. No one would answer the phone and when I talk to someone on the phone, it took me a half hour to wait to get to someone. Too much time out of my day, and my time is valuable.

Drop off very easy.

Cons:

Given tire that was very low in pressure. Given car with gas tank not full but then charged for returning with less than a full tank. Pick up location was very slow.
