Cons:I got a refund because no one was there to get me the car when I came into town
Pros:Car was brand new (5 miles). Check in process went smoothly and I was on my way.
Pros:I liked the car and how fast and friendly they were in Boise
Cons:I didn't like that my debit card was swiped and then I was told about the $200 deposit this was my first time renting a car I don't know how all this works I was told to sign a paper stating that the car had no damage then go out and look for damage and come back in and let them know if there is any, there was. Then we went out so I could show her this car should have been checked before I paid for the use of it instead of trying to catch me off guard and put the blame on me they need to work on that other than that it's fine

Cons:The staff was not happy or very friendly. It felt like we were bothering them. Not a lot was explained so I had to ask the questions.
Pros:Nothing. I didn't get my car and luckily the great people at Avis helped me out. Go with the Avis people.
Cons:Kayak didn't alert them to my flight plans and therefore they gave the vehicle away.
Cons:Everything was smooth
Pros:The sales rep, Matt, was nice. Car was clean.
Cons:Matt charged me double what my Kayak estimate was.
Cons:They didn't give me the rental, or a full refund on my 18$ for the insurance. I don't plan on using enterprise ever again.
Pros:Car was readily available for me when I arrived. Manager was friendly and courteous.
Pros:Great customer service
Cons:They lied that they had inventory at their station and I did not receive a car from them. They should be sued for false marketing - It cost me $350 to take a cab to the nearest rental car station that had cars. I'm done with Enterprise.
