Pros (+) The bed was nice and the bathroom was clean.
Cons (-) We stayed in a non-smoking room, which still smelled like smoke. The hallway reaked of both cigarettes and marijuana. As soon as you step out of the elevator it just hits you, and the cleaning staff were listening to loud music on their phones in the morning which woke me and my husband up. Pros (+) The mattresses were comfortable. Sheets were clean.
Cons (-) I reserved the room in January for a stay in June, they didn't want to honor the room rate. They gave us a hard time but eventually did. We reserved a room with a king size bed but was given given a room with 2 queen sized beds. The room hadn't been very well cleaned, sticky stuff on the dresser surface and on the rug. The bed spreads had some small marks/stains and the walls were marred
