Location.
The water pipes in the wall were overly loud (drowned out the tv) Beds were hard, pillows were hard. No soap in room. The shower switched from cold,to hot, to normal and back again. The guy who checked us in didn't know what he was doing. The old guy in yhe morning was overly rude when someone spilled their coffee when the tiny crappy cup broke. Trash talked him and pretty much chased him out.
