Guests frequently praised the hotel staff for their friendliness and helpfulness, as well as the convenient location near highways, restaurants, and shopping. Many guests also enjoyed the breakfast options and found the beds comfortable in some cases. However, several reviews highlighted issues with cleanliness, including dirty rooms and bathrooms, as well as maintenance problems such as broken fixtures and hard beds.
