Pros (+) Clean facility, great breakfast
Cons (-) the bed I was in was a damaged bed with a sinking hole in the mattress on the right side of the bed, told the staff about it in the morning and it was pretty much dismissed with them only saying were sorry the bed was uncomfortable, didn't feel they really were all that concerned by the response I received, very disappointing.
