Guests overwhelmingly praised the hotel's excellent location near West Lake, making it convenient for sightseeing and local attractions. Many appreciated the friendly and helpful service, especially from housekeeping and club staff. However, several guests noted that the hotel and its facilities are dated, with issues such as old carpets, worn-out hardware, and a need for renovation. Cleanliness concerns, including musty smells and aging decor, were also mentioned. Despite these drawbacks, the location and service stood out as highlights for most visitors.
