The room was spacious with a King size bed and a view of the lake. Me and my girlfriend got in right before the big Coronavirus shutdown of Harrison, and things began to shut down while we were there, but the staff, especially the night manager Ryan, was super friendly and helpful. I felt welcomed there. And me and my girlfriend still enjoyed our stay because we were able to explore the beautiful nature that Harrison has to offer, and the restaurants were still doing take-out so we'd pick up some food after a long day of exploring and eat it back in our hotel room and watch movies. It was so much fun!
The hotel restaurant was closed, but that's not their fault because they were understaffed and facing pressure to close down from the government. And I also noticed that the housekeeping service seemed to disappear on the last day we stayed there. But again probably due to them shutting down since the whole town was shutting down while we were there. Normally things would be different and considering the circumstances the service and demeanor of the staff was excellent!
Big room, balcony and amazing view
The bed was very squeaky, bathroom could have been cleaned better
Very clean bathroom, comfortable and clean bed.
Walls very thin, nosy neighbors most of the night. Drywall needs repairs.
Comfortable beds, clean, good sized rooms and beds, right in front of the lake, near the public pools, near the spa resort.
Restaurant opened quite late. My friends had a cold basement room, but they got a heater later and then it was fine
Great location and it’s dog friendly
The wifi was awful in room 105 which is not a big deal but inconvenient when trying to research things to do.
