Pros (+) Staff is attentive to customer needs and helpful. Good location in Hazyview.
Cons (-) Condition of the Hotel, the shower in the run was faulty, the mattress was smelly (like a old carpet), one swim,ming pool in the garden suites area was not cleaned properly, security staff does not check who is access the property
