Pros (+) Staff were obviously trained in great customer service. Great job bringing the feel of an old hotel to life.

Pros (+) I stayed here with my boyfriend who went to ETSU. It was extremely nice. Service was great. I love the vintage feel and the furniture was beautiful! Everyone was helpful from check in, bell hop, to the bar staff in the restaurant.

Pros (+) We love the look and music when we walked though the doors. It felt like we had traveled to Italy. The rooms were very spacious and nice. I wish we could have stayed a few more days. Thank you Carnegie Hotel for a great weekend.

Pros (+) Very friendly and helpful staff. Rooms are large and luxurious. Beds are comfortable and the bathrooms have separate shower and bathtub. Great value. Would be twice as much in a larger city, I think.

Pros (+) The room was comfortable. We have a baby girl and her pack n play fit nicely with is still having room to move around unlike other hotels where the bed takes up all the space.
Cons (-) There was a wedding held Saturday night which caused there to be alot of noise late into the evening. It made sleeping difficult until the noise stopped near midnight. Other than that the stay was very nice. I'd recommend checking on wedding receptions before booking any stays. As long as no party's will be held it is a great hotel to stay at.
