Bed is very dirty, they did not change the bed sheet, there’s lipstick on the sheet, as I never put on lipstick. As the bath tub is outdoor, i found bird’s feces on the bath tub before I took a shower. Besides, the towel is also terrible. You should pay more and more attention the the cleanliness of the room before you give your guests to enter the room. This is my first time I complain and not satisfied with the hotel in Bali that I’m staying.

Clean and tidy rooms
If you get the room with meal included you only got choice of few meals everyday. You literally get bored after 3/4 days then end up buying food outside. Hotel need to get buffet system or more varieties of meal for the inclusive customers

Good location and friendly staff. The rooms have a lot of potential- private terrace and plunge pool. Close to the airport. Staff were lovely and helped me get a taxi to my onward destination.
Neglected- plunge pool hadn’t been cleaned in ages, nor had the outside terrace (litter on the sun lounger). Food- I came towards the end of breakfast and everything has been picked over and hadn’t been tidied.
