Good location. Food excellent.
Very noisy - room was underneath bar so noisy late at night and early in the morning. Tv worked intermittently. Room relatively small.
The staff were really friendly and accommodating - we were late to check out and they didn't charge us the additional fee. The room was very well designed and the location, on the lake, is beautiful.
It was a shame that the view from the room was of a road at the back of the hotel - maybe should be clearer in the description that this was the case as "front" and "back" of the Mill doesn't mean much if you haven't been there.
the room and the food at the pub!
only issue was that the wet room didn't have a drain in the floor so sort of flooded everytime I had a shower!
Loved the food, friendly staff, comfy bed and relaxed atmosphere.
Think i'd pick a different room next time as i was under the wooden staircase and the door kept banging!
Lovely hospitality and great breakfast.Cosy log fire was essential. Stylish rooms with comfy bedding and mattresses. Great shower.
Rooms a little too basic in terms of furniture - its helpful to have a small unit or box in bathroom for girlie things. Rooms not always cleaned due to one key issue.Menu too rich = need more helathy food options. Bowl of fruit in room would be nice.
Unique and not like usual hotel rooms. Staff very friendly.
No shaver point in bathroom
Good Quality Hotel Excellent Restaurant and bar Pleasant attentive staff
Lively young staff and friendly .
Staff texting when they should be working
Nice room, quiet. Fantastic views over lake where you can have breakfast outside.
Room should have some facilities, such as a small cupboard, a rack to put your suitcase on, refrigerator. There was a teamaker, but only one cup for a double room.
Made to feel very welcome , good service , tasty food and good comfortable room
