The staff were very pleasant and helpful, nothing was to much trouble, in fact they went out of their way to assist.
The only problem was the smoking in the resturant. For me coming from the UK, where smoking is banned in public places, I found this unpleasent.

The location and break fast were both excellent!
The staff in the evening was not very helpful. A water heating thermos in the room is always appreciated if we want to make our own tea or coffee.

Friendly staff. Excellent buffet breakfast. Close to the main station. Easy walk or tram/bus ride to City centre. This was my third visit.
