Wonderful Surprise
We stayed in the couple's corner room with the view of the river and mountains. It was an incredible view and clean hotel. We absolutely LOVED it!
Breakfast only went until 10am. We slept in one day and weren't able to get the complementary breakfast. Other than that, it was a great hotel experience..

Excellent Staff
The staff was amazing. We checked in Thursday, March 5th around 9:00 pm in the evening. I wish I could remember the name of the front desk host because he was so nice. He met us at the train station, got wine for us and ensured that we had breakfast when we woke up at 6:00 before heading to Machu Picchu. The breakfast/dinner room staff - a very young man was so nice and attentive. The rooms were very clean and we were very happy staying there. Thank you
The coffee in the coffee pot was not warm.
