Pros (+) Rooms and surroundings were clean, well designed and there was good access and facilities.
Cons (-) We had noise guests ip stairs that woke us at midnight and talked loudly for ages......after a long drive not helpful. In the morning we rose about eight and realised we could not shower as there was no hot water....all had been used....disappointing and not my usual experience of your chain. Will be going yo Newcastle again but has coloured mm/our experience in a negative way.
