Pros (+) The rooms came with a perfect view! Literally the beach was right outside our door. The parking was plentiful and the location in the town was ideal. There are a couple restaurants on site that makes it nice a convenient to enjoy the beach without having to go in town to eat.
Cons (-) We had (2) staff members there that weren't overwhelmed, confused or rude. The rest of the staff there either had no idea what was available or had no clue how to talk to another person. This incluing the staff in both restaurants.

Cons (-) Upon arriving at the hotel I was informed that I did not have a room and that while I had booked a room with two queen beds there was only three rooms left in the entire hotel and they were single beds. I was also told that they had no record of my confirmation and I would have to contact my booking agency to get a refund. Pros (+) right on the beach
Cons (-) The place was really run down, the room was tiny and not that clean. Kinda overpriced. The restaurant was terrible. The server was nice and polite but it took 45 min just to get a cocktail order in and it took another two hours to get our food, and when the food arrived it was cold, extremely overpriced and all 3 of us didn't feel well the next morning.

Pros (+) The beach access was perfect, as was the view from the room. The hotel was close to everything, we walked to the shops at Nye Beach, plus a short drive to the bay front district. Breakfast coupons and free drink coupons on site were perfect!

Pros (+) The room and accommodations were excellent. The hotel staff is friendly and courteous. The beds were very comfortable and had very nice pillows. Cons (-) The food in the restaurant is not that good. We enjoyed the calamari, and the atmosphere and view were fantastic. It's not a bad place for a pleasant quiet meal, and you can't beat the view. But if you really want to experience good local dining ask the staff where the locals go for good food.
