Flight attendant in front portion of flight was surly. Aisle way too narrow, seats a bit narrow as well. If a large person had been seated next to me they would have been touching me and that’s not acceptable.
The communication was so scattered and inaccurate during the lead up to my flight and throughout the delays. We were let wondering when to arrive at the airport because the notifications said the flight 40 mins delayed and then changed back to original time! Within 1 hour of the flight! Then within minutes of the flight changed to 50 mins delayed!! Once we were boarded, it was another 3 hours till we took off!!! They’d tell us we were leaving every 30 mins but not actually leave!! It was so aggravating!!! Our flight exceeded the 3 hour delay due to airline failure and they called it a weather event! It feels like the customer has to suffer but the airline wriggles out of accountability one way or another!
Love the non stop from Portland. Everyone was nice including the passengers! I will take this to DC every time if given the option:)
The crew was great. I just wish you had screens in the back of the seats. I couldn't hook up to the entertainment on my Samsung phone.
Great. I moved from Los Angeles to Portland Oregon and my dog flew with me. He didn't bark or cry, he slept and relaxed. The flight crew was kind, patient and helpful. Alaska is my preferred domestic airlines.
I booked the wrong direction, I was originally trying to go to PDX > EWR but it was slightly past 24 hours when I noticed the mistake. But no one was willing to give me any grace at all or refund for me to book the right flight. I was not trying to take anything from anyone, just wanted the right flight. But in the end, I lost 50% of my money and also had to book a more expensive flight elsewhere.
Somehow I didn't get the chance to pick my seat and got stuck with a window seat. After I checked in, I could get an aisle seat but had to upgrade, which made little sense on an hour long flight.
I was seated next to someone who was quite large.
Smooth and pleasant all around. I saw extra care taken for people's belongings.
Everything got delayed we were supposed to land at 1pm and landes at 8-9 pm … was horrible
Calgary desperately needs a star alliance lounge in the transborder area for United.
Brutal as can be … delayed by 24 hours then delayed and hour on the tarmac then delayed three hours in Chicago, screaming child behind me kicking the seat for the better part of 10 hours… couldn’t be worse
My flight was delayed by a whole day, so I lost a day of my vacation.
East Lounge in Denver was terrible. Turning away active military on orders? Really? Sad.
The check-in and passport submission was complicated and repetitive, due to the poor communication between Air Canada and United. There should have been a single set of instructions and a single questionnaire that provided the data for both airlines.
Clean and plenty of room for handbaggage. Leg room was cramped compared with the 777 from Frankfurt.
-The cabin was ice cold - When we arrived in Houston there was no gate available -We had to wait 90 minutes for our luggage to arrive.. In the future I will avoid flying with Air Canada at at costs

Marked by flight delays on all segments of the trip. Food in first class cabin was mediocre and overhead cabin storage was not adequate. Overall, the premium charge for first class cabin was poor and over hyped. This will be our last flight with UA.
