Cons: "Lock ( tsa approves) to )my luggage was damaged or deliberately cut off that it is difficulty to Manage the zipper with ease. Since the luggage’s were retrieved at end of the trip, I am not sure where these damaged occurred , either in states or Taipei or when tsa did their search, I do not have any noticed paper to explain the cause of damage lock either"
Pros: "I love that the crew maintains the bathrooms well. To me, EVA has the cleanest bathrooms of all the Asian and North American airlines I have flown to Asia. Crew is courteous and pleasant and helpful."
Cons: "The food seems to have gone downhill. I miss the special crackers with seaweed. The hot meal was like North American airline meals - blecchh. Very disappointing."

The staff were excellent considering it was a jam packed flight. We had to wait nearly an hour for our baggage to appear on the carousel. That was a real shame.

Cons: "Left on first leg trip from NY to HK. 23 kg/ bag. Two bags per person. Next leg was HK to Malpensa. When I go to check in they tell me 30 kg. Total weight allowed. Very upsetting. I was asked to pay 12780.- HKD. Completely misleading and trapped. I will consider other airline in future."

Cons: "The food was bland and it had no flavor. I got food poisoning from what they called a low lactose meal. I am a Chef myself and I feel like part of the overall experience is being fed but I didn’t have a great experience with that. I dread the flight home."
Cons: "The wheel chair assistance came very late. This aspect can be improved further. It can be more efficient. Although wheel chair assistance is asked, the electric car to move people can also help to compensate for the wait times."

Cons: "My flight was delayed over an hour - we sat on the tarmac waiting for de-icing for over an hour. There is no entertainment on this flight (so no wifi or tv) and we were not really notified how long we would be delayed- causing delays for me in Saskatoon that I could not provide information for."

Cons: "My seats were preassigned and at 24 hour check In you have to pay to change from economy to economy into a available seat. Make no sense and is rude. Very disappointed in WestJet and I’m anElite member."

WestJet should have booked us on one of the 5 earlier flights to the same or nearby airports. At a minimum we should have received vouchers for dinner as we were delayed through meal times"

Cons: "I didnt like that you changed my flight last minute (20 hours before flying) from WestJet to Delta. And you changed it from a flight to Toronto to a flight to Seattle. Which made it an International flight, causing me to have to be at YVR airport earlier.."
Cons: "Later flight from Toronto delayed multiple times, finally to 2:40 am and then canceled at midnight. Way too late to find an affordable hotel, had to stay at expensive airport hotel instead."
They had larger overhead bins and packed them better. My checked luggage arrived with me. Negative, the rear toilet was put off limits and stank up to row 30, even through my mask.
Would not volunteer to check in my carry-on again, my bag was lost.
Although had to spend night in Toronto because of delays and missed connections I was well looked after.
The 4 legs of our roundtrip were the smoothest, most comfortable flights that I can recall. I really felt very good the entire time on each leg, and all parts.
Boarding, crew knowledge/experience, waiting time on a bus (in Lisbon) to our gate, poor directions and lack of staff to direct travelers through customs once landed in Toronto.

Pros: "It appears that Air Canada is doing the correct thing for passengers who have reserved their seats in advance....after many years of not applying their written policy of making them board after business class/disabled passengers/passengers with young children, they have created Zone 2 boarding which permits passengers with reserved seating to board immediately after them, therefore guaranteeing them overhead bin space. As we all know, a lot of passengers board with much more than one carry-on, which is a plague when boarding."

Cons: "United stewardesses have little to no interest in their duties. Questions were clearly an annoyance to them. The leg of flight from Denver to Des Moines was very uncomfortable, seats much to tigh, no leg room. Gate staff in Denver were exceptional. United needs to revisit their time for loading. We preloaded, I had a broken leg, I was traveling with a special needs woman. We just reached our seats when other passengers were prodding us to sit so they could board no time to settle. Not impressed"

My mom is a senior citizen and the last thing she needed to be doing was schlepping all of her things to and from the airport in fridged temps. She’s battling a major cough and is now so exhausted!! This is totally unacceptable...not to have a captian?!???! Please respond as to how I will be reimbursed or what I can do to feel satisfied."

Didn’t care a damn about offering a vegetarian meal/snack. Both times only available meal was non vegetarian. Normally the crew tries to accommodate and offer some options. But Eric said this was it...take it or leave it. Just so rude and uncaring. No entertainment in head rest in front. Internet was extremely spotty and the charging station would stop after some time automatically :("
